Guided by the seasons, we work closely with Australian farmers, including the renowned CopperTree Farms, and source wild-caught fish from the pristine waters of the Great Barrier Reef. We also proudly harvest from our zero-km rooftop farm, bringing the country’s freshest flavours to life. 

A carefully curated wine list completes the experience—celebrated in a decadent atmosphere of urbane sophistication, immersed in lush greenery.
